500 g / 17.6 oz mixed minced meat (beef & pork)
3 tbsp BBQ sauce
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp finely chopped thyme
1 onion

How to
- In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, BBQ sauce, parsley, thyme, chopped onion, PitmasterX Classic BBQ seasoning, and breadcrumbs.
- Mix thoroughly with clean hands or a spoon until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a sheet of baking paper.
- Form the meat mixture into a firm log and place it in the center of the dough.
- Wrap the dough around the meat and seal the edges tightly underneath.
- Transfer the roll to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the top with beaten egg, then sprinkle with chia seeds and a bit more PitmasterX Classic BBQ seasoning.
- Preheat your BBQ or oven to 145°C / 293°F and cook the meatloaf roll indirectly for about 60–75 minutes, or until the core temperature of the meat reaches at least 70°C / 158°F and the crust is golden brown.
- Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
