For the beer sauce
- 250 ml / 1 cup beer 
- 1 tbsp syrup 
- 1 tbsp PitmasterX Pork seasoning
- 1 onion, sliced into rings 
- 50 g / 1.75 oz raisins 
- 1 bay leaf 
For the meatballs
- 500 g / 1.1 lb ground meat (pork/beef mix) 
- 1 tbsp PitmasterX Pork seasoning
- 40 g / 1/3 cup breadcrumbs 
- 1 egg

How to
- 1. Pour the beer into a bowl and mix in the syrup and PitmasterX Pork seasoning until fully dissolved.
- Fire up your BBQ and place the PitmasterX hand-polished skillet on the grill to preheat.
- Pour the beer mixture into the hot skillet, then add the onion rings, raisins, and bay leaf. Let it simmer gently while you prepare the meatballs.
- In a separate bowl, combine the ground meat with PitmasterX Pork seasoning, breadcrumbs, and the egg. Knead thoroughly until well mixed.
