How to
- First, prepare your BBQ for smoking at 180°C / 350°F. While the grill heats, start assembling your lollipops. Slice each bratwurst into 2-inch pieces and wrap them tightly with bacon, securing them with a skewer.
- Place the skewers on a block of smoke wood positioned on the grill. This block will not only hold the lollipops but also enhance their smoky flavor as it burns slowly.
- Next, mix butter, sriracha hot sauce, and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the sauce becomes smooth.
- Generously brush the bratwurst lollipops with the sauce, then roll them in flavored sesame seeds for an extra layer of taste and texture.
- Smoke the lollipops for about 20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the bratwurst is cooked through. Serve hot off the grill, and watch them disappear!
