How to
- Start by rolling out your pizza dough to about a 1/2 cm or 1/4 inch thickness, straight from the fridge.
- Remove the skins from the sausages and spread the sausage meat thinly across the dough, covering it completely. Smooth out the meat as thinly as possible.
- Sprinkle your pork rub evenly over the sausage meat to enhance its flavor.
- Top it generously with slices of young Gouda cheese for that rich, creamy texture.
- Carefully roll the dough with the fillings into a tight log.
- Prepare a tray with baking paper, transfer the dough roll onto it, and slice it into 1-inch thick rounds.
- Wrap each round with a strip of bacon and secure it with a toothpick to keep it in place.
- Preheat your grill to 200°C or 392°F.
