Ingredients
- 400 gram or 14 oz salmon 
- 2 tbsp PitmasterX Gyros seasoning
- 6 tortillas 
- 200 gram or 7 oz cream cheese 
- 200 gram or 7 oz pesto 
- 150bgram or 5 oz grated mozzarella cheese 
- zest of 2 lemon 
How to
- Take a piece of salmon and sprinkle PitmasterX Gyros seasoning (or your preferred seasoning mix) over it. Ensure that the salmon is evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Preheat the barbecue to 120°C or 250°F and place the seasoned salmon on the grill.
- Meanwhile, spread cream cheese over the tortillas, followed by a layer of pesto and grated mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle some lemon zest over the toppings.
- When the salmon is almost cooked (you can tell by the whites that are starting to solidify), remove it from the barbecue.
- Use a fork to flake the salmon fillet apart, and distribute the meat evenly over the prepared tortillas.
- Place the loaded tortillas on 180°C or 350°F for a few minutes.
- Once the cheese has melted and the tortillas have a nice grilled texture, remove them from the grill and cut them in half.
