250 g / 8.8 oz fresh tomato pulp
- 1 tbsp PitmasterX BBQ seasoning (your favorite blend)
A handful of fresh basil leaves
200 g / 7 oz fresh mozzarella
50 g / 1.8 oz grated Parmesan cheese
80 g / 2.8 oz pepperoni slices

How to
- Preheat your BBQ to 200°C / 392°F in pizza setup with indirect heat.
- Place the PitmasterX skillet with dual handles over medium heat and add a generous splash of olive oil.
