800 g / 1 lb 12 oz raw shrimp, deveined but unpeeled
120 ml / 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 1 tbsp PitmasterX Tweety seasoning
2 tbsp chili oil
170 g / 1/2 cup honey

How to
- In a bowl, combine the peanut oil with PitmasterX Tweety seasoning and stir well to create a marinade.
- Place the raw, deveined but unpeeled shrimp in a large mixing bowl and pour the marinade over them.
- Mix thoroughly to ensure all the shrimp are evenly coated. Let the shrimp marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill and use a Half-Moon Fish and Vegetable Grate for best results.
- Once hot, place the shrimp directly on the grate and grill until cooked through, turning occasionally, for about 2–3 minutes per side depending on their size.
- While the shrimp are grilling, mix together the chili oil and honey to create a simple but flavorful glaze.
- Once the shrimp are done, drizzle the chili honey sauce over the grilled shrimp and serve immediately. Enjoy while hot!
