1 ball pizza dough
100 ml / 3.4 fl oz tomato pulp
1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp PitmasterX Classic Seasoning
5 slices cooked ham
4 slices young cheese

How to
- Roll out the pizza dough into a thin rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the tomato pulp evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano and PitmasterX Classic seasoning.
- Lay five slices of ham across the dough, evenly spaced, and top with four slices of young cheese. Carefully roll the dough up lengthwise into a tight log.
- Slice the log into 2.5 cm / 1-inch thick rounds.
- Arrange the rolls cut-side up in a cast-iron skillet, leaving a little space between them.
- Place the pan in a preheated BBQ at 280°C / 535°F with the lid closed.
- Cook for about 20–25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and bubbling. Serve warm, straight from the pan.
