How to

  1. Place the boneless chicken thighs, egg, breadcrumbs, PitmasterX chicken seasoning, lemon zest, garlic, and fresh parsley into a food processor.
  2. Blend until a smooth, uniform mixture forms.
  3. Once the mixture reaches a dough-like consistency, shape it into balls roughly the size of a golf ball.
  4. Preheat your BBQ to medium heat, around 150°C (300°F), and add a chunk of smoking wood for extra flavor.
  5. Place the chicken balls on the grill and cook them until they are evenly browned and cooked through, making sure to rotate occasionally for an even smoke and color. Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.
