For the dip
250 ml / 1 cup mayonnaise
125 ml / 1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 tbsp horseradish
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
20 g / 3/4 oz fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp PitmasterX beef seasoning
For the stuffed rolls
200 g / 7 oz minced meat
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp tomato paste
20 g / 3/4 oz fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 white onion, chopped

How to
- To make the dip, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, minced garlic, chopped parsley, vinegar, sugar, and PitmasterX beef seasoning in a bowl. Stir well until fully mixed, then set aside.
- For the stuffed rolls, add the minced meat, tomato paste, garlic, parsley, chopped onion, and beef seasoning to a blender or food processor.
- Blend into a smooth meat paste.
- Hollow out the kaiser rolls and fill each one generously with the meat mixture.
- Heat a flat-top griddle or skillet over medium heat and place the filled rolls cut-side up.
- Let them cook slowly, turning occasionally, until the bread is golden brown and the meat is fully cooked through. Serve warm with the kaiser dip on the side.
