Ingredients

For the dip

  • 250 ml / 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 125 ml / 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 1/2 tbsp horseradish

  • 1 clove fresh garlic, minced

  • 20 g / 3/4 oz fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp PitmasterX beef seasoning

For the stuffed rolls

  • 200 g / 7 oz minced meat

  • 1 tsp tomato paste

  • 1 tsp tomato paste

  • 20 g / 3/4 oz fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 white onion, chopped

  • 2 tbsp PitmasterX beef seasoning
  • 2 kaiser rolls

How to

  1. To make the dip, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, minced garlic, chopped parsley, vinegar, sugar, and PitmasterX beef seasoning in a bowl. Stir well until fully mixed, then set aside.
  2. For the stuffed rolls, add the minced meat, tomato paste, garlic, parsley, chopped onion, and beef seasoning to a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend into a smooth meat paste.
  4. Hollow out the kaiser rolls and fill each one generously with the meat mixture.
  5. Heat a flat-top griddle or skillet over medium heat and place the filled rolls cut-side up.
  6. Let them cook slowly, turning occasionally, until the bread is golden brown and the meat is fully cooked through. Serve warm with the kaiser dip on the side.
