How to
- Thinly slice the red onion and place it in a jar. Pour in enough leftover pickle juice to cover the onion, seal the jar, and shake well. Let the onions pickle for at least 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, combine the minced meat with crispy bacon bits, cream cheese, ranch dip mix, grated cheddar, and PitmasterX Classic BBQ seasoning.
- Mix well and shape the mixture into 4 equal burgers.
- Preheat your smoker to 120°C / 250°F and smoke the burgers for about 30 minutes.
- Halfway through, place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt.
- When done, place the burgers on toasted buns, top with the quick-pickled onions and a generous spoon of homemade BBQ sauce. Finish with the top bun. This is the one and only Smoked Crack Burger—enjoy!
