How to
- In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, mustard, and PitmasterX Tweety BBQ seasoning until smooth.
- Add the chicken thighs and coat them thoroughly in the marinade.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to fully develop.
- After marinating, thread the chicken thighs onto skewers.
- Preheat your smoker to 140°C / 285°F.
- Place the skewers in the smoker and let them cook for 30 minutes.
