Ingredients
For the burgers (4 servings)
8 beef patties
4 tbsp melted butter
salt and pepper, to taste
8 slices cheddar cheese
4 tbsp melted herb butter
4 hamburger buns
For the sauce (enough for 4 burgers)
6 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp whole grain mustard
2 tbsp chopped pickles
- 1 tbsp PitmasterX beef seasoning
2 tsp hot sauce (optional)
1 tbsp honey

How to
- Grill two beef patties on a hot griddle placed over your barbecue.
- As they begin to cook, pour melted butter over the top and flip them.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and close the lid of the barbecue to melt the cheese.
- Once melted, drizzle the burgers with melted herb butter for extra flavor.
- Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, whole grain mustard, chopped pickles, PitmasterX beef seasoning, honey, and optional hot sauce into a smooth burger sauce.
- Lightly toast the hamburger bun on the grill.
- Place both patties on the bottom half of the bun, spoon some sauce over the top, and close with the bun lid. Serve immediately.
