How to
- Begin by preheating your BBQ to a medium-high heat. Take the beef sausage and carefully remove the casings. Cut the sausage into three equal parts and shape each piece into a ball. Place the meatballs onto a grill rack and generously sprinkle them with PitmasterX Beef seasoning.
- Grill the meatballs until they are thoroughly cooked and have a nice char on the outside, usually about 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- While the meatballs are grilling, prepare the Spicy Asian sauce. In a saucepan, combine dark brown sugar, honey, chili oil, additional PitmasterX Beef seasoning, freshly sliced red chili, the juice of half a lime, a slice of ginger, and ketchup. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently until the sauce becomes homogeneous and slightly thickened.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, serve them hot with the spicy Asian sauce drizzled over or on the side for dipping. Enjoy your flavorful creation!
