Mob sauce
50 g / 1/4 cup brown sugar
50 g / 1.75 oz butter
3 tbsp molasses
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp coarse mustard
Dip sauce
120 ml / 1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp chili oil
125 g / 4.4 oz sour cream

How to
- Begin by preheating your grill or smoker to medium heat.
- Slice the smoked sausage into 3 cm / 1 inch pieces, making small notches without cutting all the way through.
- For the Mob Sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and mix with brown sugar, molasses, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and coarse mustard. Stir until well combined.
- Briefly cook the sausage pieces in the sauce and then transfer them to a grill rack.
- Place the rack on the BBQ and grill the sausage until browned and crispy on the edges.
- Meanwhile, prepare the dip by combining mayonnaise, Deli seasoning, chili oil, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, sour cream, and molasses in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
