How to

  1. Start by preparing the ingredients. Finely chop the green bell pepper and green onions.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the pulled beef with the chopped vegetables, shredded cheese, PitmasterX Gyros seasoning, and BBQ sauce until well combined.
  3. Briefly soak the rice papers in warm water until soft but still manageable.
  4. Place a portion of the beef mixture on each paper, fold the sides inward, and roll up tightly.
  5. Heat frying oil in a pan on your kettle barbecue or use a safe fryer.
