How to
- Start by chopping your fresh parsley and garlic finely. Take a bowl and mix in the cream cheese, minced meat, and a tablespoon of PitmasterX BBQ beef seasoning. Blend everything thoroughly until well combined.
- Next, spoon the mixture into a plastic bag and snip off one corner to create a makeshift piping bag. Carefully pipe the filling into each pasta shell.
- Now, take a strip of bacon and wrap it around each stuffed pasta shell securely.
- Preheat your BBQ to a moderate temperature, around 200°C or 392°F. Use some wood chips for the smoke.
- Once your BBQ is ready, if you have a pizza stone, place it inside to help distribute the heat evenly. Arrange the bacon-wrapped pasta shells on the grill and let them smoke. Close the lid to keep the smoke in and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Check on the shells; once the bacon starts to crisp up, brush each shell generously with barbecue sauce and sprinkle a little more BBQ seasoning on top.
- Continue grilling for another 5-10 minutes until the bacon is perfectly crispy and the filling is hot.
- Remove your shotgun shells from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
