How to

  1. First, to make the chicken nuggets, place chicken thighs, frozen fries, and a small white onion into a food processor. Add four tablespoons of PitmasterX chicken seasoning and blitz until finely ground. Shape the mixture into nuggets and spread them on a tray. Freeze the nuggets until they are solid, ensuring they hold their shape well during cooking.
  2. While the nuggets are setting in the freezer, start on your homemade BBQ sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine half a cup of ketchup, a quarter cup of apple juice, a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, a tablespoon of PitmasterX classic BBQ seasoning, half a tablespoon of ground black pepper, three tablespoons of brown sugar, and a tablespoon of honey. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer briefly until everything is well combined and the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  3. Once the sauce is ready and the chicken nuggets are fully frozen, prepare your barbecue for frying. Set a large pan over the fire and fill it with vegetable oil; heat until very hot. Fry the frozen chicken nuggets in batches if necessary, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve the hot, crispy chicken nuggets with the cool, tangy BBQ sauce for dipping. Enjoy your delicious creation at your next BBQ feast!
