BBQ sauce

  • 1 cup of ketchup

  • 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar

  • 1/4 cup of honey whiskey

  • 1/4 cup of honey

How to

  1. Take the beef rib fingers and coat them with mustard and PitmasterX Texas beef rub, ensuring they are evenly covered. Sprinkle a second layer of PitmasterX Texas beef rub over them.
  2. Preheat the BBQ to 120°C or 250°F.
  3. Place the beef rib fingers on the BBQ and cook for 4 hours, ensuring they cook evenly on all sides.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the barbecue sauce. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar, 1/4 cup of honey whiskey and 1/4 cup of honey. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly. Transfer the sauce to a jar or container.
  5. The beef rib fingers are ready when they have developed a nice, firm brown crust.
