How to
- Take the beef rib fingers and coat them with mustard and PitmasterX Texas beef rub, ensuring they are evenly covered. Sprinkle a second layer of PitmasterX Texas beef rub over them.
- Preheat the BBQ to 120°C or 250°F.
- Place the beef rib fingers on the BBQ and cook for 4 hours, ensuring they cook evenly on all sides.
