Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg / 2.6 lbs high-quality chuck steak

  • 30 grams / 1 oz fresh chopped parsley

  • 4 tbsp PitmasteX Beef rub
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 red chili pepper

  • 250 grams or 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 tbsp coarse mustard

  • 6 cloves of garlic

How to

  1. In a bowl, mix together the chopped parsley, minced garlic (4 cloves) PitmasteX Beef rub and olive oil.
  2. Add the chunks of chuck steak to the bowl and thoroughly coat them with the marinade.
  3. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  4. Preheat your barbecue to 180°C (360°F).
  5. Thread the marinated steak chunks onto skewers.
  6. Place the skewers on the barbecue and grill until they are golden brown on the outside and cooked to your desired level of doneness.

For the Butter Sauce:

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic (2 cloves) and sliced red chili pepper to the melted butter. Cook until the garlic becomes fragrant, but be careful not to burn it.
  3. Stir in the coarse mustard and chopped parsley. Cook for an additional minute to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Once the kebabs are cooked, serve them hot with the butter sauce drizzled over the top.
