Ingredients
1.2 kg / 2.6 lbs high-quality chuck steak
30 grams / 1 oz fresh chopped parsley
- 4 tbsp PitmasteX Beef rub
2 tbsp olive oil
1 red chili pepper
250 grams or 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 tbsp coarse mustard
6 cloves of garlic

How to
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped parsley, minced garlic (4 cloves) PitmasteX Beef rub and olive oil.
- Add the chunks of chuck steak to the bowl and thoroughly coat them with the marinade.
- Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Preheat your barbecue to 180°C (360°F).
- Thread the marinated steak chunks onto skewers.
- Place the skewers on the barbecue and grill until they are golden brown on the outside and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
For the Butter Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic (2 cloves) and sliced red chili pepper to the melted butter. Cook until the garlic becomes fragrant, but be careful not to burn it.
