How to
- Preheat your barbecue to 120°C or 250°F.
- Pat dry the pork loin with paper towels.
- Make an incision down the middle of the pork loin, being careful not to cut it all the way through.
- Drizzle Sriracha hot sauce over the pork loin and rub it in evenly.
- Season the pork loin generously with PitmasterX Pork seasoning, ensuring all sides are coated.
- Stuff the sliced onions, cheese cubes, and sliced mushrooms into the incision of the pork loin.
- Drizzle some more Sriracha hot sauce over the stuffed pork loin.
- Place the pork loin roast on the barbecue grill until it reaches an internal temperature of 65°C or 150°F, using a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
