1,5 kg / 3.3 lbs Chuck Steak
2 tbsp PitmasterX Texas seasoning
2 large white onions
1/2 liter of beer
1 package of mushrooms
2 tbsp PitmasterX Tweety Seasoning
Your favorite barbecue sauce

How to
- Season the chuck steak generously with PitmasterX Texas seasoning.
- Preheat your barbecue to 120°C or 250°F and add a piece of smoking wood for flavor.
- Place the seasoned chuck roast on the grill and close the barbecue lid to allow it to smoke.
- Smoke until the internal temperature of the chuck roast reaches 70°C or 160°F.
- In a Dutch oven, layer the sliced onions and place the smoked chuck roast on top. Pour in the beer. Close the lid of the Dutch oven and return it to the barbecue. Increase the temperature to 180°C or 355°F.
- Braise for approximately two hours or until the chuck roast reaches an internal temperature of 98°C or 210°F.
- While the chuck roast is braising, sauté the sliced mushrooms with the onions in the Dutch oven.
- Once they are golden brown, add 2 tbsp of PitmasterX Tweety Seasoning and continue cooking for about 15 minutes.

Assemble the Sandwich:
- Slice a hamburger bun open and spread a layer of your favorite barbecue sauce on the bottom.
- Add a generous portion of pulled chuck roast.
