How to
- In a bowl, combine warm water, dry yeast, and sugar. Allow the yeast to activate.
- Add milk, egg, flour, and salt to the yeast mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Gradually incorporate tablespoons of butter into the dough until fully combined.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into balls.
