125 ml / 0.5 cup olive oil
- 70 grams / 2.5 oz PitmasterX Gyros seasoning
10 tomatoes
1 courgette
3 red onions
75 grams / 2.6 oz feta cheese
1 lemon
125 grams or 5 oz butter
6 pieces of flatbread

How to
- Rub the hare with olive oil and coat it with PitmasterX Gyros seasoning, ensuring the entire hare is covered.
- Skewer the hare on a rotisserie.
- Place the hare on the barbecue and set it to mild heat from below. Let it come to temperature for 10 minutes.
- Quarter the tomatoes and remove the core.
- Cut the courgette into bite-sized chunks.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- Place them in a skillet along with a piece of Feta cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with PitmasterX Gyros seasoning.
- Place the skillet under the hare on the barbecue, ensuring they do not touch.
- Insert a thermometer into the thickest part of the hare. Turn on the back burner and set it to low.
- Meanwhile, slice the lemon into rounds, add butter, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with PitmasterX Gyros seasoning. Let it melt on the barbecue.
- Once the butter mixture has melted, brush it over the hare.
- The hare is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 75°C or 165°F. Remove it from the barbecue.
