4 chicken thighs
1 block of cheddar cheese
4 sweet pickles
8 slices of bacon
your favorite BBQ sauce
your favorite BBQ seasoning
- Preheat your barbecue to 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
- Take each deboned chicken thigh and cut them into strips.
- Cut the cheddar cheese block into strips of approximately equal size.
- Place a quarter of a sweet pickle slice on each chicken strip, followed by a strip of cheddar cheese.
- Carefully wrap each chicken and cheese combination with a slice of bacon, ensuring it is securely wrapped.
- Place the bacon-wrapped chicken on the preheated barbecue.
- Grill them for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked, and the bacon is crispy. Make sure to turn them occasionally for even cooking.
- Once the bacon-wrap-pickle-chicken-tender are cooked, brush them with your favorite BBQ sauce.
