  • 500 grams / 1.1 lbs minced beef

  • 200 gram or 7 oz. Parmesan cheese

  • bunch of parsley

  • 1 egg

  • 5 tbsp breadcrumbs

  • 5 tbsp Pitmaster X Classic seasoning
  • 300 gram or 10 oz. bacon slices

  • to taste barbecue sauce of your choice

How to

  1. Mix the minced meat, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, breadcrumbs and Pitmaster X Classic seasoning

  2. Finely chop the parsley and incorporate it into the mixture.

  3. Thoroughly mix the ingredients.

  4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and wrap each with bacon.

  5. Preheat your barbecue to medium heat.

  6. Grill the Moinkballs until the bacon is crispy and the meat is cooked through.

  7. Remove them from the barbecue and brush with a barbecue sauce of your choice.
