300 gr. or 10 oz. bacon
300 gr or 10 oz. cream cheese
a bunch parsley
2 garlic cloves
20 jalapenos
3 tbsp Pitmaster X Classic BBQ rub

How to
- Cook bacon strips until crisp.
- Prepare the cream cheese mixture by combining cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, and cooked bacon bits. Mix in shredded cheese.
- Hollow out Jalapeños, removing seeds and stems.
- Create a piping bag out of a zip-lock bag and fill with the stuffing.
- Fill each Jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed Jalapeño with a bacon strip.
- Season with pitmaster x classic BBQ rub.
- Smoke in a preheated smoker at 180 degrees Celsius or 360 Fahrenheit..
- Smoke until the bacon is crispy and the Jalapeños are tender.
