  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

How to

The Nugget

  1. In a blender, combine 500 grams (1 lb.) of chicken thighs, 1 red onion, 1 potato, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 3 tablespoons PitmasterX Chicken rub, 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, and 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley.
  2. Blend until you achieve a smooth paste, then shape the mixture into bite-sized nuggets.
  3. Heat 125 ml (1/2 cup) of sunflower oil in a pan and fry the chicken nuggets until they turn a delicious golden brown.

The Sauce

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine 1 cup apricot jam, 1/4 cup vinegar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon salt.
  2. Bring the ingredients to a gentle simmer, stirring consistently.
  3. Allow the sauce to cool to room temperature, creating the perfect complement to your crispy chicken nuggets.
