1 cup apricot jam
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mustard
1/4 cup maple syrup

The Nugget
- In a blender, combine 500 grams (1 lb.) of chicken thighs, 1 red onion, 1 potato, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 3 tablespoons PitmasterX Chicken rub, 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, and 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley.
