How to

  1. By hand, remove the skin off 2 kg or 4.4 lbs of chicken drumsticks.
  2. Take a sharp knife and remove the bone from the drumsticks.
  3. Grind up the chicken meat in your meat grinder for the first time.
  4. Break 1 egg and add it to the meat.
  5. Add 4 tbsp of breadcrumbs.
  6. Add 2 tbsp of PitmasterX's BBQ Chicken Rub.
  7. Mix it up and grind it for a second time.
  8. Do another mixing by hand to make sure it's sticky enough by adding more breadcrumbs until you reach that point.
  9. Shape around 80 grams or 2.8 oz meat in to a ball.
  10. Push the chicken meat balls around the cleaned chicken bones.
  11. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around the meat to secure it.
  12. Fire up your BBQ and set it for indirect smoking at a temperature of 150°C or 300°F.
  13. Place the BBQ Bacon Bones on the grill grade and let them smoke.
  14. Make 375 ml or or 1½ cups Tweety BBQ Sauce.
  15. Once your BBQ Bacon Bones have a brown mahogany color it's time to brush on a layer of sauce on them. 
  16. Leave them to smoke for 10 more minutes to let the sauce dry up.
  17. Take off the BBQ Bacon Bones and serve them up. Voila , best BBQ snack in the entire world!
