- 75 grams / 2.6 oz beef jerky
125 grams / 8.8 oz butter
½ tsp finishing salt
½ tsp black pepper
- Grind up 75 grams or 2.6 oz of beef jerky in a blender and add it to a bowl.
- Add 125 grams or 8.8 oz butter, ½ tsp finishing salt and ½ tsp of black pepper.
- Mix the butter up with a blender to get the most fluffy butter as a result.
