Ingredients
- 200 ml olive oil
- 10 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tbsp parsley fine chopped
- 2 zest of a lemon
- 2 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp fine salt
- 1 tsp ground white penja pepper
Instructions
- Grab a bowl.
- Add the ingredients for the marinade into the bowl.
- Stir it well and your marinade is done!
