Course Sauce


  • 100 ml red wine vinegar
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml whiskey
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp coarse sea salt
  • ½ tbsp chili flakes


  • Heat up a stainless steel wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add 100ml of red wine vinegar, 100 ml olive oil, 100 ml whiskey, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp coarse sea salt and ½ tbsp of chili flakes.
  • Once it's nice and hot, take the pan off the grill and let it cool down.
  • Transfer the vinaigrette to a sauce container for effortless application after your steak is cooked.
