It’s so easy to pump up the flavor and style of an ordinary store bought mayonaise so why eat boring mayo when you could have this?Easiest Mayonaise recipe there is. It’s quick taste and it can be used for a whole variety of recipes to make it more interesting.

Ingredients
- 2 white onions
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 25 grams fresh parsley
- 3 chili D' Arbol
- 3 chili Pasilla
- 2 chili Guajillo
- 3 carolina reapers
- ½ tbsp fleur de sel sea salt
- 200 ml mayonaise
Instructions
- Fire up you BBQ and sear of 2 whole white onions and 1 red bell pepper. Do not remove anything from the veggies, leave them as they are and create a blackenend outside.
- Put them in a blender along with the rest of the ingredients except from the salt and the mayonaise.
- Blend them well together until you get a thick orange red spice paste.
- Add a dash of salt and mayonaise and mix it well together with a spoon.
