This sauce can be used as a dressing for salads, a dip for vegetables, or a topping for grilled meats and fish. Enjoy!
- Food Processor
- 80 grams rucola
- 20 grams fresh basil
- 100 ml beef broth
- 100 ml olive oil
- 65 ml mayonaise
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- In a blender, add the rucola and basil leaves along with the beef broth, olive oil, mayonnaise and black pepper. Blend everything together until it becomes a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Check the seasoning and adjust it according to your taste preferences. I've added 1 teaspoon of coarse sea salt.
- Transfer the sauce to a jar or airtight container and store it in the fridge until ready to use.
