How to
- Set up your barbecue for direct grilling at a medium heat.
- Put the garlic cloves in a small oven tray and add the olive oil.
- Place the oven tray on the barbecue.
- Slowly fry the garlic cloves on the grill for approximately 45 minutes or until they become soft and tender.
