  • 10 cloves garlic

  • 125 ml / 1/2 cup olive oil

  • ½ tbsp rosemary

  • 250 gram / 8.8 oz butter

  • ½ tbsp finishing salt

How to

  1. Set up your barbecue for direct grilling at a medium heat. 
  2. Put the garlic cloves in a small oven tray and add the olive oil.
  3. Place the oven tray on the barbecue. 
  4. Slowly fry the garlic cloves on the grill for approximately 45 minutes or until they become soft and tender.
  5. Chop the rosemary. 
  6. Take a bowl and mix the butter, rosemary and garlic cloves.
  7. Season with salt according to taste.
