250 ml / 1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp / 30 ml white wine vinegar
1 tbsp sugar

1 mild green chili pepper

How to
- Slice the mild green chili pepper in half, remove the seeds, and finely chop it.
- Add half of the chopped chili to a bowl together with the mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, sugar, PitmasterX Beef Seasoning, sriracha hot sauce, a pinch of chili powder, and a pinch of chili flakes.
- Stir everything thoroughly until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust the heat level if needed by adding a little more chili or sriracha.
- Transfer the chili mayonnaise to a jar or container, cover, and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least one night for the flavors to fully develop.
