Spicy Chili Mayonnaise

This creamy chili mayonnaise is the perfect balance of rich, tangy, and spicy. Ingredients

  • 250 ml / 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp / 30 ml white wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp PitmasterX Beef Seasoning
  • 2 tsp sriracha hot sauce

  • 1 mild green chili pepper

  • Pinch of chili powder

  • Pinch of chili flakes

How to

  1. Slice the mild green chili pepper in half, remove the seeds, and finely chop it.
  2. Add half of the chopped chili to a bowl together with the mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, sugar, PitmasterX Beef Seasoning, sriracha hot sauce, a pinch of chili powder, and a pinch of chili flakes.
  3. Stir everything thoroughly until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust the heat level if needed by adding a little more chili or sriracha.
  5. Transfer the chili mayonnaise to a jar or container, cover, and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least one night for the flavors to fully develop.
  6. Use the remaining chopped chili pepper as a garnish when serving.
