2 tbsp chili flakes
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp coarse mustard
1 tsp dried chives

250 g / 9 oz unsalted butter (room temperature)

How to
- To make the herb butter, combine the chili flakes, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped parsley, coarse mustard, dried chives, PitmasterX beef seasoning, and room-temperature butter in a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined, then set aside.
- Take the skirt steak and season it generously on both sides with PitmasterX Texas seasoning.
- Light your BBQ and grill the steak over high heat for a few minutes per side until it reaches your desired doneness.
- As soon as the steak comes off the grill, slather it with a generous amount of the herb butter so it melts over the hot meat.
