Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chili flakes

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp coarse mustard

  • 1 tsp dried chives

  • 2 tbsp PitmasterX beef seasoning
  • 250 g / 9 oz unsalted butter (room temperature)

    How to

    1. To make the herb butter, combine the chili flakes, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped parsley, coarse mustard, dried chives, PitmasterX beef seasoning, and room-temperature butter in a bowl.
    2. Mix thoroughly until well combined, then set aside.
    3. Take the skirt steak and season it generously on both sides with PitmasterX Texas seasoning.
    4.  Light your BBQ and grill the steak over high heat for a few minutes per side until it reaches your desired doneness.
    5. As soon as the steak comes off the grill, slather it with a generous amount of the herb butter so it melts over the hot meat.
    6. Slice the steak against the grain and serve it in a fresh bun or alongside your favorite BBQ sides.
