How to
- Form the ground beef into a patty of about 150 g and spread 1 tablespoon of mustard evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Texas BBQ seasoning on top of the mustard.
- Place the patty mustard-side down in a hot pan and fry until the crust is golden and caramelized.
- Flip the burger and cook the other side to your desired doneness.
