- 2 tsp Texas Beef seasoning
120 ml / 1/2 cup dark beer
60 ml / 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Hot Honey Mustard
2 tbsp chili oil
4 tbsp honey
120 ml / 1/2 cup homemade mustard
1 tsp salt

How to
- Begin by combining 100 grams of mustard seeds with 2 teaspoons of Texas seasoning, 120 ml of dark beer, and 60 ml of apple cider vinegar in a small jar. Seal the jar tightly and shake it well to mix the ingredients. Use a hand blender to puree the mixture until it forms a smooth mustard sauce.
- In a new glass jar, add 4 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of chili oil, 120 ml of the mustard sauce you just made, and a teaspoon of salt. Stir all the ingredients thoroughly until everything is well combined.
