60 ml / 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp tweety seasoning
50 gr / 1.75 oz butter
100 gr / 3.5 oz young gouda cheese
water (as needed)

How to
- Preheat your BBQ to medium heat.
- Slice the cauliflower into steaks.
- Combine olive oil and tweety seasoning in a bowl, then drizzle this mixture over the cauliflower slices.
- Grill the cauliflower until tender, and grill a sausage alongside.
- Once grilled, place the cauliflower, sausage and butter in a blender. Grate the young gouda cheese and add it to the blender. Blend everything into a smooth puree.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a bit of water to reach your preferred consistency.
- Serve the creamy cauliflower mash with a delicious steak for a complete meal.
