  1. Begin by preparing the lobster tails. Split the lobsters down the center to expose the meat. Sprinkle each tail generously with gyros seasoning.
  2. Next, prepare the lemon garlic butter. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the sliced lemon, lime, minced garlic, finely chopped chili pepper, and a tablespoon of gyros seasoning. Simmer gently, allowing the flavors to meld, for about 10 minutes. Keep the butter warm on low heat.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the lobster tails on the grill, flesh side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Flip the tails and grill for another 4-5 minutes. 
  4. Serve the lobster tails immediately, drizzled with the lemon garlic butter. Enjoy a taste of the Caribbean with this simple yet exotic dish!
