  • 240 ml / 1 cup of your favorit BBQ sauce

  • 4 tbsp sugar

  • 120 ml / 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 lemon

How to

  1. Grab your favorite BBQ sauce and pour it into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add four tablespoons of sugar to sweeten things up, followed by a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce for that perfect tangy kick.
  3. Next, stir in a half cup of white wine vinegar to balance the sweetness, and don't forget a generous tablespoon of honey for a touch of smoothness.
  4. Now, slice a lemon and squeeze its juice into the mix for some zesty notes.
  5. Whisk all these ingredients together until well combined.
  6. Transfer the sauce to a pan and place it on the BBQ. Allow the sauce to heat up until the sugar completely dissolves and the sauce is bubbling gently.
  7. Once hot, pour the sauce into a bottle or basting brush ready for application.
