- 6 tbsp PitmasterX classic seasoning
2 tbsp sunflower oil
100 gram or 3.5 oz. butter
150 grams or 5 oz. Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup or 75 ml pasta water

How to
- Fire up the barbecue to a temperature of 200°C or 395°F.
- Rub the PitmasterX classic seasoning all over the flank steak, ensuring it's evenly coated.
- Sear the steak on the grill. While grilling, use a brush to coat both sides of the flank steak with sunflower oil.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
- In a pan, melt the butter.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and pasta water to the melted butter.
- Add the sliced steak to the pan and flip it around until it forms a rich and creamy sauce.
