4 hamburger buns

- Preheat your BBQ to 140°C or 280°F.
- Shape the ground beef into patties using a hamburger press.
- Create cheese patties by forming them with grated cheese.
- Combine the beef and cheese patties by placing a beef patty on the bottom, followed by a cheese patty, and another beef patty on top.
- Place the hamburger buns on a grill or flat top griddle spread with butter.
- Grill the patties for a few minutes on each side until cooked to your preference, ensuring the cheese melts inside.
- While grilling, prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard together.
- Slice pickles for topping.
