  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 2 tsp curry powder

  • 1 shallot

  • 1 tsp paprika powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

  • pinch of salt


How to

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend together 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons of tomato ketchup, 2 teaspoons of flavorful curry powder, and half a finely chopped onion or 1 shallot for a savory base. Add 1 teaspoon of paprika powder to infuse a subtle smokiness and enhance the color of the sauce.
