1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp shiitake mushroom powder
1 tbsp tomato powder
1 tbsp parmesan cheese powder
- Wash and slice tomatoes and shiitake mushrooms.
- Arrange them with Parmesan cheese on a food rack and dehydrate at 65°C or 150°F for 12 hours.
- Crush the dried ingredients into a powder. In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp shiitake mushroom powder, 1 tbsp tomato powder, and 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese powder.
