  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper

  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp shiitake mushroom powder

  • 1 tbsp tomato powder

How to

  1. Wash and slice tomatoes and shiitake mushrooms.
  2. Arrange them with Parmesan cheese on a food rack and dehydrate at 65°C or 150°F for 12 hours. 
  3. Crush the dried ingredients into a powder. In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp shiitake mushroom powder, 1 tbsp tomato powder, and 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese powder.
