  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 25 grams / 0.9 oz fresh ginger

  • 62.5 ml / ¼ cup peanut oil

  • 200 grams / 7 oz cane sugar

  • 500 ml / 2 cups soy sauce

  • 62.5 / ¼ cup rice wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 30 grams / 1 oz corn starch

  • 62.5 ml / ¼ cup water

How to

  1. Chop fine 4 cloves of garlic
  2. Chop fine 25 grams or 0.9 oz of ginger
  3. Heat up your pan.
  4. Add 62.5 ml or ¼ cup of peanut oil to the pan.
  5. Add the chopped garlic and ginger.
  6. Add 200 grams or 7 oz of cane sugar.
  7. Add 500 ml or 2 cups of soy sauce.
  8. Add 62.5 ml or ¼ cup of rice wine vinegar.
  9. Add 1 tbsp sesame oil.
  10. Add 30 grams or 1 oz of corn starch.
  11. Add 62.5 ml or ¼ cup of water.
  12. Stir it really well while slowly heating up without boiling it.
  13. Store it in a container until usage.
