1 tbsp sesame oil
30 grams / 1 oz corn starch
62.5 ml / ¼ cup water

- Chop fine 4 cloves of garlic
- Chop fine 25 grams or 0.9 oz of ginger
- Heat up your pan.
- Add 62.5 ml or ¼ cup of peanut oil to the pan.
