Ingredients
2 bulbs fresh garlic
2 red chili peppers
1 tbsp table salt
62 ml / ¼ cup peanut oil
2 tbsp sumak powder

How to
- Heat up a cast iron pan.
- Slice up 2 bulbs of fresh garlic in to thin slices. ( You don't have to peel fresh garlic ).
- Slice up 2 red chili peppers
- Add them to a bowl and add 1 tbsp of table salt, 62 ml or ¼ cup of peanut oil and 2 tbsp of sumak.
- Mix it all together and add it to the hot pan.
- Slowly fry all the ingredients for 5 minutes.
- Serve the hot oil on top of your meat, tortilla , bread or salad.
