  • 100 ml / 0.4 cup red wine vinegar

  • 100 ml / 0.4 cup olive oil

  • 100 ml / 0.4 cup whiskey

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp finishing salt

  • ½ tbsp chili flakes

How to

  1. Heat up a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 100 ml or 0.4 cup of red wine vinegar, 100 ml or 0.4 cup olive oil, 100 ml or 0.4 cup whiskey, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp coarse sea salt and ½ tbsp of chili flakes.
  3. Let it become boiling hot, take the pan off the grill and let it cool down.
  4. Transfer the vinaigrette to a sauce container for effortless application after your steak is cooked.
