Ingredients
- 500 gram pumpkin fresh
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp parsley chopped
- 100 gram walnuts crushed
- 100 gram mushrooms
- 100 gram bacon
- 2 slice white bread
Instructions
- Cut the pumpkin into cubes and boil it in hot water until it’s fully cooked.
- Chop fine the cloves of garlic. Put a pan on the fire and pour in the olive oil. As the olive oil gets warm, add the garlic and let it become soft without burning.
- Cut the mushrooms smaller and the bacon in strips. Add this to the olive oil and garlic and bake it until the bacon is golden brown.
- Put this all in a blender and add the boiled pumpkins. Tear up the bread and put it in with the rest. Mix this shortly to a coarse texture.
