Pumpkin stuffing recipe

The best thing served with a Christmas turkey is the stuffing. I will show you how to make the best pumpkin stuffing.
You can serve this pumpkin stuffing as a side dish without the turkey, and nobody will complain.

Ingredients
 

  • 500 gram pumpkin fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 100 gram walnuts crushed
  • 100 gram mushrooms
  • 100 gram bacon
  • 2 slice white bread

Instructions
 

  • Cut the pumpkin into cubes and boil it in hot water until it’s fully cooked.
  • Chop fine the cloves of garlic. Put a pan on the fire and pour in the olive oil. As the olive oil gets warm, add the garlic and let it become soft without burning.
  • Cut the mushrooms smaller and the bacon in strips. Add this to the olive oil and garlic and bake it until the bacon is golden brown.
  • Put this all in a blender and add the boiled pumpkins. Tear up the bread and put it in with the rest. Mix this shortly to a coarse texture.
